Firstsource is thrilled to have won a hat-trick of awards at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2017, where we were awarded first place in the ‘Diverse Workplace’, ‘Trainer of the Year’ (for our colleague Kim Hughes) and ‘Industry Champion’ (for our colleague Rebecca Cook) categories. Around 700 guests attended the Awards at the Wales Millennium Centre on 3^rd March, presented by comedian Jason Manford.
