Firstsource was incorporated under the laws of India on December 6, 2001 as ICICI Infotech Upstream Limited. The company’s name was changed to ICICI OneSource Limited on April 2, 2002 and then to Firstsource Solutions Limited on November 21, 2006.

Firstsource went public on February 22, 2007 at a price of Rs. 64 per share.

Company provides full range of business process management services across chosen industry segments within Banking and Financial Services (BFS), Healthcare (HC), Communications, Media and Technology (CMT), and some bit of diversified industries with services spanning the customer lifecycle delivered through transaction processing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), collections and receivables management across these industries.

Due to ongoing situation of COVID-19 pandemic, the Company held its 20th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) for FY 2020-21 via Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means as per various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate of Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time.
