Our Double Materiality Assessment helps us identify and prioritize the environmental, social, and governance topics that matter most to our business and stakeholders. These topics are reflected in the FirstConscious framework, guiding our focus as we work to address our impacts, manage risks, and pursue opportunities. Through these efforts, we continue to integrate sustainability into our decisions and create long-term value for our stakeholders, our business, and the communities in which we operate.

Since 2023, we have been a proud participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), reinforcing our commitment to responsible business and sustainable development.
Guided by the UNGC’s Ten Principles on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption, we strive to embed responsible practices into our business and strengthen our contribution to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Through FirstConscious, our integrated environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework, we translate these commitments into action across our operations. By bringing together our sustainability priorities, governance practices, and initiatives, FirstConscious supports our efforts to advance environmental stewardship, foster an inclusive workplace, and uphold ethical business conduct.

SBTi is widely recognized as the global benchmark for corporate climate action, helping ensure that businesses organizations set emissions reduction targets consistent aligned with what climate science says indicates is necessary is needed to limit global warming.
Through FirstConscious, our global ESG framework, we're embedding climate action into the way we operate, make decisions, and create long-term value. This validation reinforces that our climate ambitions are not only ambitiousbold, but are measurable, science-based, and accountable.

We are recognized as Top 1% S&P Global CSA Score in S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment and included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for the third consecutive year. With an ESG and CSA score of 87 each, Firstsource ranks in the 99th percentile, placing it among the world’s leading companies in sustainable business practices.

We're silver awardees in the 2025 EcoVadis assessment, achieving an overall score of 71/100 and ranking in the 91st percentile, globally. This places us among the top 15% of companies globally for excellence in sustainability. EcoVadis has also recognized Firstsource as a ‘Leader’ in Carbon Management, for having a strong GHG management system, best-in-class decarbonization commitments, and robust sustainability reporting.
