Firstsource Solutions, the UK’s customer experience expert, has announced that it will create more than 300 new jobs as it opens its 2nd contact centre in Cardiff. The new centre at Oakleigh House comes 4 years after the opening of Firstsource’s flagship facility in the city which currently employs 1,000 people. Opening for business from the end of February the new centre will make Firstsource one of the largest contact centre employers in Cardiff.
