Firstsource secures triple win at Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2017

Firstsource is thrilled to have won a hat-trick of awards at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2017, where we were awarded first place in the ‘Diverse Workplace’, ‘Trainer of the Year’ (for our colleague Kim Hughes) and ‘Industry Champion’ (for our colleague Rebecca Cook) categories.

Around 700 guests attended the Awards at the Wales Millennium Centre on 3rd March, presented by comedian Jason Manford.  The annual event, now in its 18th year, is organised by the Welsh Contact Centre Forum to celebrate excellence and innovation across the Welsh contact centre industry.

Commenting on the win, Kath Chivers, Vice President – Sales Operations Firstsource Solutions, said: “At Firstsource, we are dedicated to building a positive working environment for all – so the wins are testament to the hard work and dedication of our superb team in Wales.
