Firstsource Solutions recognised as a “leader” in the IAOP 2017’s Global Outsourcing 100 List
Firstsource Solutions, a leading customer experience expert, has been recognised as a “leader” in the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ Global Outsourcing 100 List for 2017.
Firstsource has also been named a “Superstar of the Global Outsourcing 100”, due to recent exceptional performance and high scores achieved during the IAOP evaluation.
Now in their 12th year, the rankings celebrate the world’s best outsourcing service providers. Companies are judged based on a rigorous scoring practise in the five following categories: size and growth; customer references; awards and certifications; programmes for innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Firstsource was named a top company for both customer references and awards and certifications.
