Company to hire over 100 people for call center work
Firstsource Solutions Ltd., a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company, today announced its call center in Colorado Springs will remain open and the company will be hiring over 100 call center representatives to handle work for a new client in the healthcare space.

Firstsource will be growing its employee base in Colorado Springs from 50 call center representatives to more than 150 over the next 18 months. In addition, the company will be hiring administrative and support staff to assist in managing its growth plans. Firstsource expects more business to be placed in the Colorado Springs office over the next year.
