We’ve been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2017!
Firstsource is in the running to win the Best Financial Services – Banking and Investment category for its work at its Middlesbrough centre, Contact Centre (Large) for its work at its Cardiff site, and the Engaging Customers Online category for their work with NowTV.
Kath Chivers, Vice President – Sales Operations at Firstsource Solutions, has been shortlisted for a fourth category, CX Professional of the Year, which recognises Kath’s drive and commitment to the customer experience industry.
Now in its seventh year, the UK Customer Experience Awards reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across sectors, business disciplines and personnel. Finalists in each of the categories will present their entry to a team of experienced judges at the ExCel in London on the 28th September 2017. The winners will be announced on the day during a black tie gala dinner.
Commenting on the shortlisting, Rajesh Subramaniam, MD and CEO at Firstsource Solutions, said: “This shortlisting is fantastic news.
