Once employees become a team leader, we continue to support and help them develop their leadership skills even further. Leadership competencies are assessed on an annual basis, at which point employees can then select courses to go on to grow skills they already have or develop new ones.
In an industry where there is a relatively high churn rate, offering valuable training opportunities and ongoing development has been key to motivating employees and ensuring we maintain a relatively low attrition rate ourselves.”
