Firstsource Solutions named Employer of Choice at Business in the Community Northern Ireland Awards Belfast, Northern Ireland, 3rd June 2016: Firstsource Solutions, the UK’s customer experience expert, has won the Employer of Choice Award for the second time at the annual Business in the Community Northern Ireland Awards.
Over 500 business people attended the ceremony at Belfast Waterfront Hall on the 2nd of June. The awards recognise the corporate social responsibility of leading companies in eight categories across Northern Ireland. Firstsource previously won the Employer of Choice award in 2013.
Firstsource is one of Northern Ireland’s largest employers, with 2,000 staff working across four contact centres in Belfast and Derry.
The win recognises Firstsource as a top employer in Northern Ireland and reflects the unmatched career development and training opportunities it offers its employees. These include the opportunity to complete a BSc in Customer Contact Management through a partnership with Ulster University.
