Vivek Sharma is the President of CMT, BFS and Emerging Geos at Firstsource, responsible for scaling up our CMT operations, furthering our EdTech capabilities, and driving our Tech practice, while also building new revenue opportunities in emerging geographies. In addition, Vivek will build on our robust BFS portfolio and its expansion.
With a deep understanding of the BPO industry, Vivek joined Firstsource with an exceptional track record in driving revenue and strategic initiatives in multi-cultural settings, having lived and worked across the US, Europe, LatAm, and Asia.
Before Firstsource, Vivek was the Chief Revenue Officer at Startek BPO, leading and building sales, marketing, and digital solutions capabilities, to drive revenue growth across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Previously, Vivek held various positions at Infosys BPM spanning over fifteen years managing client relationships, revenue growth across multiple verticals and geographies, and leading various initiatives, such as digital solutions, market positioning, and I&D.
Vivek holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and an executive management from Stanford Business School.
Based in New Jersey, Vivek enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid hiker.
