Eddie is a seasoned leader with over two decades of diverse commercial, consultative, and operational experience. Specializing in delivering transformative solutions across multiple industries, he has a proven track record of building and optimizing sustainable organizations. Eddie excels in driving revenue and profit growth while managing large-scale projects with excellence and agility. His core competencies include global operations, strategic planning, enterprise transformation, margin expansion, P&L leadership, technology-led innovation, and professional services.
Eddie is currently a Partner at Baringa, a business consulting firm in the UK. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ETS, where he managed a $600M services P&L and oversaw all enterprise and government clients. He has also led Global Business and Technology Services at Pearson, where he implemented strategies to enhance agility and cost-effectiveness across technology and operations.
Eddie’s has also held leadership positions at IBM, driving application development, systems integration, and consulting services for the company’s largest clients. He successfully transformed an IT organization perceived as a legacy systems integrator into a thought leader and strategic partner.
Eddie holds multiple MBAs from Columbia University, and London Business School, a bachelor’s degree in applied science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
