Eddie Monteiro

Eddie is a seasoned leader with over two decades of commercial, consultative, and operational experience across multiple industries. He has a proven track record of building and optimizing sustainable organizations, and his core competencies span global operations, strategic planning, enterprise transformation, margin expansion, P&L leadership, and technology-led delivery. Eddie is currently a Partner at Baringa, a business consulting firm in the UK. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at ETS, where he managed a large services P&L and oversaw enterprise and government clients, and led Global Business and Technology Services at Pearson, where he improved agility and cost-effectiveness across technology and operations. Earlier, Eddie held leadership positions at IBM, driving application development, systems integration, and consulting services for the company's largest clients, and helped shift an IT organization once seen as a legacy systems integrator into a strategic partner. He holds MBAs from Columbia University and London Business School, a bachelor's degree in applied science from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Science, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the university's Wharton School.
