Sundara Sukavanam is President and Head of Enterprise Transformation Office at Firstsource.
In this role, Sundara helps drive and support key enterprise initiatives within the organization, by identifying and bringing to term transformative initiatives that address organizational agility, scalability, transparent reporting, and improvement of operational processes.
Sundara is a business and technology leader with over 24 years of experience in the IT & Operations industry, working with the world’s leading corporations across the Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Media & Information sectors – delivering solutions in Application Development, Core Modernization, Cloud Migration, Quality Assurance, Analytics and Intelligent Process Automation.
He has a Masters’ degree from the National Institute of Technology, India and certifications from Stanford Business School.
Sundara is an avid reader and a sports buff.
