Arup Angle

Arup is an accomplished leader with a proven track record across product management, operations, and organizational development. He is passionate about making the internet a safer place, and has led initiatives across GenAI, Trust & Safety, customer support, and privacy. He is currently Managing Director of Trust Lab Inc and XP Integrity, two start-ups working with big tech, social platforms, and public sector organizations on online safety and product scaling. Previously, Arup was the global leader of Meta's Trust & Safety and Partner & Support Engineering teams, accountable for risk across ads, content, and developers, and for customer support across advertisers, developers, and users. Based in Singapore, he was part of Meta's APAC leadership team and site leader for its Global Operations & Integrity organization. At Google, he built and led content growth and risk teams, and created the company's first cross-product abuse-fighting framework. Earlier, Arup held product and growth leadership roles at several start-ups, co-founded a data analytics company, and helped drive 10x revenue growth at another. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and an MBA, and is affiliated with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, where he coaches leaders on growth mindset and organizational design.
