The Firstsource Global Sales Summit is happening February 17-19, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. Join us for inspiring ideas, lively discussions, and a bit of fun along the way! We’re excited to bring everyone together as we continue Pushing Boundaries, Breaking Records as One Firstsource!

Right after the Sales Summit, we’ll kick off our CXO Summit with clients at the same location. Some sales team members will stay on to participate in this event—details are below.

Travel and Hotel Information. Flight Booking Guidelines:

Arrival And Departure Guidelines:

The property is located 30-45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, so plan your transportation accordingly.

  • Arrive at the hotel for the Welcome Reception by 5:30pm ET on Monday, February 17.
  • Depart from the hotel after 12:30pm ET on Wednesday, February 19.

  • You may arrive on Sunday, February 16, and depart from the hotel no earlier than 12:30pm ET on Wednesday, February 19, due to travel durations.

  • Please book a changeable return flight, as you may need to stay for the CXO Summit, which takes place immediately after the Sales Summit. The current criteria for US Sales participants to remain is having three or more clients attending the CXO Summit. This requirement is subject to change, and confirmation will be required closer to the event.

Firstsource has negotiated group rates over program dates and will secure a hotel room on your behalf. You do not need to book a room. Extension requests will be at your own expense and are based on availability and current published rates.

FAQ's

The Sales Summit will take place in Orlando at the Conrad Orlando and is scheduled for February 17-19, 2025.

Registration details and updates will be available on this page, so please bookmark and return regularly for updates. Please register by December 20, 2024.

For all US, Canada and Mexico attendees, we recommend arriving at the hotel for the Welcome Reception at or before 5:30pm ET on Monday, February 17, 2025. For all other international attendees, due to the length of your flights, you can arrive at the hotel anytime on Sunday, February 16, 2025.

All attendees should plan to depart from the hotel no earlier than 12:30pm ET on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The Sales Summit will end at 12:00pm ET. Please note Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30-40 minutes from the hotel and it may take an additional 10-15 minutes when ordering Uber/Lyft, so schedule flights accordingly.

The dress code is business casual.

Yes. Travel expenses are the responsibility of individual attendees and booked with your corporate card for air travel (domestic) or through Travelteam.FSL@firstsource.com (international). We will be making your hotel room reservation in our room block (room and tax for approved nights only). See the Travel and Hotel Information tab for more details.

Yes, we have secured a group rate at Conrad Orlando see link for additional property details. Hotel reservations will be made only by Sales Summit on your behalf once you’ve completed the registration form. See the Travel and Hotel Information tab for more details.

Guest attendance is not included in the meeting and is for approved employees only.

Ground transportation is not provided by Sales Summit. Travel between the airport and the hotel can be expensed to your department and arranged in advance with Uber and Lyft based on your arrival time and airline. Please check for directions once you arrive at the airport for where to find the transportation pick up areas. These services may be less expensive than a taxi and can be scheduled in advance of your arrival. Should you choose to rent a car, please note that the hotel charges for valet parking – $50 per vehicle per night and will not be covered by Sales Summit.
