US AA & EEO Policy Statement
Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement
This policy is intended for all entities affiliated with Firstsource in the United States and subject to Affirmative Action laws and Executive Orders, including but not limited to: Sourcepoint Inc., Stonehill Group Inc., Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services LLC, Firstsource Solutions USA LLC, Firstsource Advantage LLC, and American Recovery Service, Inc. (referred in total as “the Company”). In accordance with these laws and Executive orders, the Company will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of their race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law. Discrimination or harassment of an employee or applicant based on any protected characteristic is prohibited.
Our commitment to equal employment opportunity applies to all employment actions, including but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, rate of pay, job assignment, job classification, work conditions, promotion, transfer, training, leaves of absence, demotion, layoff, recall, termination, and any other employment activity at all levels of the organization. The Company bases all employment decisions only on valid job requirements. Requests for reasonable accommodations will be granted to qualified individuals with a disability, as required by law.
In furtherance of this policy, the Company also takes affirmative action to ensure that minority group individuals, females, protected veterans, and qualified disabled persons are introduced into our workforce and considered for employment and advancement opportunities. All employees are requested to support this commitment by encouraging qualified individuals in these categories to apply for employment.
The Company also prohibits retaliation against employees and applicants for filing a complaint; opposing any discriminatory act or practice; assisting or participating in a review, investigation, or hearing; or otherwise seeking to assert their legal rights under any federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity law. Prohibited retaliation includes, but is not limited to, harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, or any other adverse action intended to dissuade someone from asserting their equal employment opportunity rights As CEO of the Company, I am committed to the principles of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. To ensure dissemination and implementation of this policy throughout all levels of the Company, I have designated HR Compliance as the Company’s Affirmative Action (AA)/EEO Officer. The AA/EEO Officer’s duties include establishing, implementing, promoting, and periodically reviewing our employment practices to guide and measure the effectiveness of our Affirmative Action Program (AAP). This AAP sets forth further details regarding the policies, practices and procedures the Company has implemented to ensure the accomplishment of our nondiscrimination and affirmative action efforts and is available for inspection upon request. All such requests and any other questions related to this policy should be directed to USHR.Compliance@na.firstsource.com.
