Hours: Full time (40 hours) per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday
Location: Training will be based in our Middlesbrough site, with the opportunity to then work from home, with only one or two days in the office per month, so you must be in a commutable distance to our office.
As an Inbound Sales and Retentions Agent you will ensure that our customers receive a high level of service through offering support, listening and promoting products and services which meets the needs and expectations of both new and existing customers.
It is a highly satisfying and challenging role which is mainly working from home but on occasion visiting our multi-award winning contact centre in Middlesbrough. Your role will include sales, customer service and renewals across multiple contact channels including Voice, Webchat, Email and White Mail.
The majority of your day will be spent communicating with our customers who have called through to us – providing them with new quotes, discussing policy features and dealing with their queries, so you’ll need to love communicating with people and building strong relationships.
You will need to be able to handle customer objections and potential complaints, ensuring you are doing the right thing for our customers and matching products to their needs.
