Location: Work from Home – Must be local to Cardiff

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary : £18, 532.80

What will you be doing?

As part of our SMART outbound team, you will be contacting our customers to book in their SMART meter appointments. Through strong quality interactions, you will outline and tailor the features and benefits of SMART Meters for the customer and the environment in order to secure a booking

• Genuine desire to help customers and be informative
• Focus on customer satisfaction and service quality levels
• Motivated to work towards targets- we work to conversion rates based on the number of people you speak to and the number of appointments you book in
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle complaints
• The type of calls you’ll handle involve Standard smart bookings and anything related to this. You may have to help with basic queries however all other billing or service requests would be transferred out
