Impact Sourcing
Talent is often not constricted by anything other than opportunities. As a purpose-led organization, we are keen to provide those opportunities and break down barriers for the socio-economically challenged through our Impact Sourcing program.
Collaborating with NGOs, sourcing partners and government organizations across Asia, the US and Europe we have created 5000+ opportunities for socially responsible employment and our goal is to hire 10,000 impact workers

The HYSEA ESG Conclave 2023 served as a platform for influential stakeholders from diverse sectors to convene and deliberate on the future of CSR and emphasize the significance of ESG practices in today’s business landscape.

About FFE scholarship
As part of our CSR project, since 2017 Firstsource have been sponsoring 5 deserving graduates for their B-Tech in Karnataka. In the year 2021, all of them graduated with flying colors and most of them are placed in jobs. As a next step, through our continued support during 2021 year, Foundation for Excellence (FFE) team were able to fund the annual scholarships of 12 brilliant and financially needy B-Tech scholars from 6 states in India where Firstsource has biggest operation. These 12 scholars will receive annual scholarship as well as various value added training/workshop to chase their career dreams and become successful.
I have been inspired in my life by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. His book, “Wings of Fire” tells the way he faced the difficult situations in his life, but despite the challenges, he finally succeeded in fulfilling in dreams.
This scholarship has been supporting me financially, in meeting my educational expenses and hostel fees, which has helped in reducing the financial burden on my family and has motivated me in achieving my career goals. I really appreciate the initiative taken by Firstsource and FFE to help me with my education and to fulfil my dreams. Me and my family will always be grateful for your help.
