Firstsource Solutions UK, the UK’s leading customer experience expert, is set to grow its operations in Middlesbrough this year by creating up to 500 jobs in the area. The jobs are being created as a result of recent Firstsource client wins.
The new roles, which include customer service agents, team leads and trainers, have been created to help Firstsource deliver exceptional customer service for clients including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), with whom Firstsource recently signed a two-year deal. New recruits will work from the Firstsource site on Grange Road in the centre of Middlesbrough, where Firstsource currently employs 180 people.

Firstsource will work with the FCA to offer consumers support and guidance around how to claim ahead of the deadline for complaining about PPI via telephone, email and webchat.
