Firstsource has planned its technology infrastructure for redundancy, scalability and reliability. All delivery centers are securely linked and monitored by a dedicated Network Operating Center (NOC). The NOC is the command centre which monitors the entire network 24/7, 365 days. The network has multiple Points of Presence ( PoPs) in the US and UK. This ensures real time routing of traffic in the event  of a link failure and minimizes end customer call drops.

Software Capabilities

Firstsource has an in-house software team that has built proprietary software frameworks and tools which help us deliver superior solutions. In addition, our team also develops secure applications that integrate into our client’s IT environment ensuring that the client data is both easily accessible and safeguarded.
 
The software capabilities of Firstsource’s technology team include Microsoft .NET framework / XML, client-server capabilities and OOPS, web enabled solutions/ e-commerce and imaging and workflow solutions.
