Operations

Neha joined Firstsource in 2002 as Team Leader for a US credit card issuer. She moved on to manage a UK sales process as Assistant Manager in 2003. After stabilizing the process and ramping it up to twice its original size, Neha got promoted as Operations Support Manager for an inbound customer service project. Working across different segments in the Banking and Financial Services vertical, Neha acquired domain expertise and experience to handle operations efficiently. She is now DGM, Operations.
