Mridul, Human Resources
Mridul joined Firstsource as senior executive, Human Resources six years ago to oversee the recruitment function in one of the Bangalore centers. Later, he moved on to providing HR support to a team of more than 1000 agents and reduced attrition rates through timely HR interventions. Mridul has also been instrumental in setting up the HR infrastructure in a new Firstsource center. He has successfully helped in building the right culture and driving and sustaining performance in Firstsource.
Right opportunities for growth provided by Firstsource with the right exposure and development have helped Mridul quickly climb the corporate ladder.

Abhay, Solution Design & Transition
Since Abhay joined Firstsource as Manager, Solution Design and Transition six years ago, there has been no looking back. Over the years at Firstsource, Abhay has worked extensively with internal and client functions to design and deliver outsourcing solutions. Abhay has led multiple transitions and programs successfully across geographies and verticals. Abhay feels that by working at Firstsource, he is able to maintain adequate balance between individual aspirations and organizational performance needs which contributes to his high performance.

Puneet, Operations
Puneet began his career at Firstsource in 2002 as Team Leader, Operations. He was responsible for motivating his team and acheiving team targets. His performance got him promoted to Assistant Manager, Operations which helped him broaden his perspective of looking at organizational goals and creating action plans.
As Manger, Operations he contributed in improving client satisfaction and was instrumental in initiating certain bonus sharing incentives in the organization, leading to enhanced employee satisfaction.
Now DGM, he is responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities.

Srinivas, Client Relations
Srinivas joined Firstsource in 2002 as Assistant Manager – Operations. During his career at Firstsource, Srinivas has worked across three different verticals - operations, F&A and Client Services. Srinivas has grown from Assistant Manager to Manager to DGM, Client Relations for a UK Banking and Financial Services client.

Cleona, Operations
Cleona joined Firstsource as a Team Leader in Bangalore, on a catalogue shopping project. Good performance resulted in a promotion to Assistant Manager-Operations and there has been no looking back. As a Manager, Cleona worked with one of UK’s top retail banks. Owing to a consistent track record of high performance, Cleona was recently promoted as DGM-Operations.

Neha, Operations
Neha joined Firstsource in 2002 as Team Leader for a US credit card issuer. She moved on to manage a UK sales process as Assistant Manager in 2003. After stabilizing the process and ramping it up to twice its original size, Neha got promoted as Operations Support Manager for an inbound customer service project. Working across different segments in the Banking and Financial Services vertical, Neha acquired domain expertise and experience to handle operations efficiently. She is now DGM, Operations.
