Firstsource executed a smooth transition of service, and is delivering significant benefits to this anchor carrier which originally owned the operations in Argentina. As a result of outsourcing the service to Firstsource, productivity has significantly improved by 25% and SLA compliance has increased from 50% to 97%.

Firstsource has capabilities to provide Enterprise Provisioning to telecom carriers. The capabilities include testing and installation, Port Outs to Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), activations, disconnects, circuit audits, moves / adds / changes and complex order entry.
