Rajesh Subramaniam
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Rajesh is responsible for driving the company's strategic and corporate initiatives globally and evolving the company's business model towards achieving the long term growth, profitability and industry leadership of the organisation.
Prior to joining the company in 2011 as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he was the Managing Director of Walden India Advisors Private Limited, responsible for leading all investment initiatives and managing portfolio companies. He has also been the CFO of Firstsource from November 2002 to June 2008. He has held several global leadership positions in his career including roles in ICICI Bank, KPMG, E&Y, Pioneer ITI AMC (now part of Franklin Templeton) and GIV Venture Partners. He has earned his MBA from Richmond College, London and is a commerce graduate from Madras University, India.

Sanjay Venkataraman
President, Asia Customer Management
Sanjay is Head of Asia Customer Management at Firstsource, focused on enhancing customer management initiatives in the continent.
Prior to joining Firstsource, he acquired rich and diverse experience in some of India's leading companies including Mahindra Satyam as Head of South Asia and Dell as Country Manager. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.

Iain Regan
Executive Vice-President, Sales and Client Services
Iain is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Account Management globally for Firstsource's Telecommunications and Financial Services verticals.
In the course of his rich business process outsourcing career, he has undertaken operational, commercial and account management roles for leading business process outsourcing providers, working with large multinational clients internationally. He has an honors degree from Kingston University in Geography and Environmental Science.

David Strickler
President and CEO – Healthcare Provider
David Strickler, is the President and CEO – Healthcare Provider Solutions for North America. He has a wealth of experience in the Healthcare industry and in the Consulting domain.
David has worked with leading corporations in the US – The Advisory Board Company, McKinsey & Company Inc and Westinghouse Electric Corp. In his earlier role as the SVP - Operations at Accretive Health, he had created a Center of Excellence and built shared services capabilities, which contributed significantly to the revenues. He has strong strategic planning and P/L management skills and has transformed businesses in the Healthcare industry. David holds an MBA and a Masters degree in Arts from Cornell University.

Venkat is in charge of Firstsource's Healthcare Payor and Publishing businesses. With his rich experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) services he oversees operations spread across USA and India, serving clients in the Healthcare Payor and Publishing markets. His responsibilities include profitability, growth, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining Firstsource, he served with Lason Inc. and was responsible for BPO operations. A graduate in Physics, he also holds a Certificate in Management Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, India.

Shalabh Jain
Executive Vice-President and Head, Asia Business Unit
Shalabh heads the Indian domestic and South East Asia business process outsourcing arm of the company and is responsible for delivery and business development.
He brings to the table his experience from various organisations including Wipro, Compaq/HP, GE, IBM Daksh and MphasiS. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, he also holds an MBA (Finance) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.

Arjun Mitra
Executive Vice-President, Collections
Arjun focuses on all stages of the Collections business over the life cycle of delinquent and charged off debts. The business practices that he manages span credit card, automobile, student loan, healthcare and telecom.
Prior to this role, he was the Chief Financial Officer of US Operations for Firstsource. He began his career with Tata Tea, and then joined Enron India Private Limited as Finance Controller at Enron's Broadband Unit. He holds a post graduate degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia and a graduate degree in Physics from St Xavier's College, Mumbai, India.

Executive Vice-President, Operations, Asia Customer Management
Vishwajit heads Service Delivery in India for all International Operations in the Telecom and Media Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domains.
He brings to the table diverse experience in service delivery and customer management in business verticals across the contact centre and hospitality industries. He has worked with some of the major independent business process outsourcing companies in India and the US. He completed his graduation in Hospitality Management and Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai India, specialising in Revenue Management and Computerised Global Reservation Systems.

Dinesh Jain
Chief Financial Officer
Dinesh oversees Firstsource's global finance, banking, accounting and corporate taxation. He is also responsible for all strategic financial activities including business planning, forecasting and analysis, management systems and statutory compliance. He has been with Firstsource since inception and was instrumental in consolidating the commercial and finance functions globally.
Prior to joining Firstsource, he was with ICICI Bank, responsible for US GAAP financials. He played an important role in the US listing of ICICI and ICICI bank as well as in the merger of ICICI and ICICI bank. A commerce graduate from Jodhpur University, India, he is also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants Of India.

Executive Vice-President, Human Resources
Satish is responsible for driving HR strategy that will foster employee development and performance oriented culture across the organization.
He has led large teams in his 19 years of experience. He has been associated with companies like Medall where he headed the HR and Process excellence function, Accenture where he lead the Recruitment for the BPO division, LG Soft India Ltd and Siemens Public Communication Ltd.
Satish has done his MBA (HR) from New Port University and Accelerated Management Program from ISB, Hyderabad. He has been trained on Project Management; PCMM; COPC; Managing employees ideas for performance; Business Leaders Program – IIMB; Competency Champions Training and Lateral Thinking / Six Thinking Hats.

Gayatri is Head of Technology at Firstsource. An experienced technology professional with expertise in contact centre technologies, she has been instrumental in architecting IT designs, delivering projects and providing IT service support to Firstsource customers for the last eight years.
She has served in various companies including L&T, GEC Alsthom, UB Engineering and Infosys. She is an electrical engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, India and holds a diploma in network centric computing from National Institute of Information Technology, Delhi and Chennai.

Arun Tyagi is Senior Vice-President and Chief Compliance Officer at Firstsource. He leads Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, Regulatory & Contractual Compliance and Company Secretarial functions in the company.
Prior to joining Firstsource, he worked with Indian market Research Bureau (IMRB) and American Express. At Amex, he acquired diverse experience on number of key International assignments ranging from Transition and Consolidation of Processes, Process Re-engineering, System development & implementation and Operations Delivery. As Global Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Smita's key responsibilities include building the Firstsource brand externally using strong PR positioning, devising market strategies in a B2B environment and enhancing internal communications to keep the various businesses in different geographies connected.
Prior to joining Firstsource, she headed the Corporate Communications function at WNS and handled the entire gamut of communication activities including Internal & External communications, Advertising, Media Relations, Brand Campaigns and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has also worked with the corporate communications teams of Principal Financial Group and Thomas Cook.
