Firstsource shortlisted in the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2017

    We’ve been shortlisted in three categories at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2017!

    We’re delighted to announce that Firstsource is in the running for three awards at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2017.

    Firstsource has been nominated for the Large Contact Centre of the Year category for our transformative work at our Cardiff contact centre, and in the Medium Contact Centre of the Year category for our work at our Middlesbrough site.

    Meanwhile, our partnership with Sky has seen us being shortlisted for the Outsourcing Partnership of the Year award.

    Now in their 14th year, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) are one of the largest and longest running awards in the customer contact industry. The awards recognise the companies going above and beyond to provide great customer service.
