Firstsource wins ‘Customer Service Team of the Year – Bronze’ at the 2016 ECCCSCAs

  • We’re delighted to announce that Firstsource has won the Bronze award for Customer Service Team of the Year for our work with giffgaff at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA).

    The award recognises Firstsource’s work with the leading mobile network provider to deliver a top quality member experience.

    The longest established Contact Centre Awards for Europe, the ECCCSAs celebrate the best in customer engagement in the UK. Hundreds of leading industry players attended the ceremony in London yesterday evening, hosted by Fiona Bruce at the Hilton Park Lane.

    Having partnered with giffgaff since its launch, Firstsource has been instrumental in running a member service model that allows members to interact with one another to answer questions and find solutions. Since then, Firstsource and giffgaff have won a host of awards for their work, most recently at the UK Customer Experience awards in September.
